How much is too much? What does too much look like? How does too much make you feel? Let's take one question at a time.
1. Too much is more than you need.
2. Too much looks like it was meant for more than one person.
3. Too much makes you feel too full.
Too much of anything is not a good thing. And, when that too much happens to be food, well, that's too bad because it brings with it too many problems like - weight gain, poor health, and a host of other problems that are too many to name. The moral of this story - don't eat too much!
There is no way around it, if you eat too much food, you will weigh too much on the scale. Eat less!
