                        "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"
                                          



My name is Ms. Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
                                         

Dear Diary: My Book Club Chat!

Super Size-It Sally:

Page 13 reads - I signed up for a new weight loss program but I'm already having regrets. Mrs. Williams was very nice and said all the right things, but the things she wants me to do is unreal. I'm suppose to measure and weigh everything I put in my mouth. And as if that's not enough, after I finally get it in my mouth, I'm suppose to chew it very, very slowly. I told my best friend I'm ready to quit and I haven't even started yet.......

Low Calorie-Lucy:

Page 14 reads - If you are tired of starting over, stop quitting. Those were the words I saw on a bumper sticker in front of me at a stop light. Well, a light bulb went off in my head. I was always quitting, it was a habit I had and I don't even know when it started. But, I was determined to stop quitting what I start. I decided  to start this new way of doing things right after I quit this crazy weight loss program I just started......

Lifestyle change of the week!
It's alright to try new things until you find what works for you. But, if you find yourself quitting before you even give it a chance, you may want to try and stick it out. If you find it's really not for you, then move on. When it comes to weight loss, there is one sure program that works 100% of the time - eat less and move more.
