Delicious Diary Entry - Lost and Found!

                                                   Delicious Diary Entry
"A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

My name is Ms. Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.

Dear Diary: Lost and Found!

Super Size-It Sally:

Our coaching session was canceled today at the last minute, not sure why. So, we all decided to have a mini girls night out. It was so much fun, we told stories about how much weight we lost and then found again. Sweet-Tooth Twinkie said it is torture for her to not eat sweets, she said this with a mouth full of cake. And that would be the reason she keeps finding all that weight she lost last year. But the truth is we all have our trigger foods, mine is salty and crunchy, like chips and lots of them. I'm not talking about those cute little bags with two chips, I'm talking about those party size bags. I just can't seem to get enough of them.

Low-Calorie Lucy:

We all love food, after all it's so good. If we are trying to lose weight suddenly food becomes the enemy. But it doesn't have to be that way, we just need to have a strategy that works for us. If we have a problem with certain foods, leave those foods at the grocery store. It's hard to eat what's not there. I learned to make it easier on myself years ago, that's when I got rid of tempting food and made it harder to eat them. As a result, I don't eat them nearly as often and my weight shows it. I'm no longer playing the lost and found game of weight loss.

Lifestyle change of the week!
To lose weight and keep it off you have to keep doing what you did to lose it in the first place. That's why choosing the right way to lose weight is so important, you have to be willing to keep doing it and make it your new lifestyle. If you don't, you may find all the weight you lost waiting for you in the lost and found.

Motivating Quote
"Finding what you lost is not good if it's weighting for you on the scale."
