Taking control of your eating is not as hard as you may think. The key is to not allow yourself to get too hungry. When you get too hungry all self control goes out the window, up in a puff of smoke. But when it's time to eat and you are not so hungry that you can't think straight, you are able to stay in control and make healthy choices. Waiting too long to eat is a recipe for disaster. It's much easier to stay in control while you have control. So, think ahead, plan ahead and eat ahead of your hungry to stay in control!
The recipe for success is to eat small and often.This means you will not get so hungry you lose all self control and over eat. And that my friend is the key to losing weight and keeping it off. Stay in control!
