                                   "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"
                                          



My name is Ms. Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
                                         

Dear Diary:  My Coaching Session!

Super Size-It Sally:

Our coaching session was going to be hard today and we knew that going in. It was obvious from the start just by watching the body language of everyone as they walked in, in slow motion dragging their food diary behind them. Even Fast- Food Fanny was moving slow as a sloth. It was time to review our diary for the week and get on that dreaded scale. I hate that scale, it's always broke and they refuse to fix it, at least that's what I tell myself. My food diary had a few minor omissions but I'm sure I'm not the only one. Our coach told us last week "if we bite it, we write it" I had just one question for our coach - what if you can't write? She did not see the humor in that question.

Low-Calorie Lucy:

I just couldn't do the coaching thing today, I was fed up with counting calories, weighing-in, and writing down every morsel of food I put in my mouth. For once I would just like to eat what I want and not have to pay the consequences, or think about what's in it. I really don't care today, I just want to eat. So, while everyone else is jumping on the big bad scale band wagon, I am eating up a storm with huge portions on the biggest plates I can find, and I'm not writing what I'm biting because I'm too busy eating! 

Lifestyle change of the week!
It helps to treat yourself as you try to lose weight. Having a cheat day can help you stay on track the rest of the week. But, Keep your treats small so you don't have to where your treats every where you go.
