1. Never drink a Big Gulp of anything unless it's water.

2. Don't beat yourself up if you slip-up, just start again.

3. A wake-up call can not only get you out of bed, but out of denial.

4. Sometimes less is more, and more than enough.

5. Wake up to a whole new way of doing things.
