Ready, Set, Go! There are so many things you can go do - take a walk, go for a run, dance your heart out, hike a hill, ride a bike, swim a lap, or go to the gym. The most important thing is you just Go. Go somewhere and do something, anything to get yourself ready, set, to go! We all have to go sometime, that's what keeps us healthy. We are happier when we go often and it doesn't even matter if we go slow, as long as we go. Never stop going, go until you are gone, that's the only way to live!
If you haven't gone in a while, we suggest you go slow. Then you can pick up the pace as you go more and more. It doesn't matter what you decide to go do, as long as you go do something.
