                                  "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

            
My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
                                         

Dear Diary:  My Coaching Session


Super Size-It Sally:

Well she is at it again, our coach is venting her frustration on all the bad food on the market. She is looking at us like we did it. We don't make the stuff we just eat it. Fast-Food Fanny would not even make eye contact with her, she didn't want to give her a reason to vent about her fast food habit. She told us we really need to clean up our eating habits if we ever hope to lose weight. She said it doesn't matter if you exercise until the cows come home if you eat junk food everyday you won't get results.

Low-Calorie Lucy:

Little- Miss Salad is a model eater, she eats healthy all the time. She should change her name to Little-Miss Perfect. I can see her now with a carrot dangling from her mouth. No fast food for this lettuce eating health nut. Our coach loves her, she wishes everyone would eat like her but that is not happening, I refuse to eat like a rabbit, I need real food like the kind they serve at the drive-thru window.

Lifestyle change of the week!
The take away here is you don't have to eat perfectly all the time to be healthy. Just try to eat healthy most of the time. Because it's what you eat most of the time that shows.
