My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!
Super Size-It Sally:
Our coaching session was different today, it started with all of us just standing there with no chairs in sight. We kept waiting for the coach to tell us what was going on, where did all the chairs go? She said we are going to try something new today to help us be healthier. I thought to myself, okay but can I have a chair now I'm already tired of standing. Our coach told us we can talk while standing just as easy as we can sitting, but standing is better for the body. We had our entire coaching session standing and when it was all said and done, I was ready to sit down on the floor.
It's been two weeks since our last session and I find myself standing and moving more and more. It's amazing how once something is brought to your attention that's when you focus on it and start to change it.

There are a lot of things we do each day sitting that could just as easily be done standing and even moving. Look at your daily routine and see what changes you can make to move more and improve your health!
