                                    "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"


             
My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
                                         

Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!

Super Size-It Sally:

Our coach had a healthy suggestion for us to try. She wanted us to switch at least half of our food ingredients to healthier options. She let us in on her little secret for losing weight. She eats all the things she loves but only half as much, and the best part she said was you don't really notice the difference in taste. Just about anything you eat can be made healthier by taking half out and replacing it with a healthier option. That was a interesting concept for us, but one that we were not so sure we wanted to try. We all just looked at each other and the look on our face was the same - where does she get these crazy ideas?

Low-Calorie Lucy:

So the first time I tried this new idea of replacing half my food with healthier options I was skeptical. But I have to say I couldn't really tell the difference in the taste, and it's all about the taste for me. I'm always looking for new ways to eat better while still enjoying my food because I can't eat food that taste like paper. I need flavor or it's not going down without a fight. It turns out this is a very clever way to eat healthier without tasting it.

Lifestyle changes of the week!
One of the best ways to find out what works for you and what doesn't is to try new things. When something works keep doing it, make it a part of your new lifestyle. Do this enough times and you will find the strategy that is a perfect fit!
