                                    "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"



             
My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
                                         

Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!

Super-Size It Sally:

Raise your hand if you are tired of weighing-in, measuring food, and wanting something you can't have? Everyone's hand went up in a flash when our coach asked that not so tricky question. Of course we are tired of it all, we are just hungry so feed me! This was so funny because our coach even admitted she is tired of talking about it too. Well, if that is the case why are we here, shouldn't we be some where eating something yummy?

Low-Calorie Lucy:

Not so sure what was going on at our last coaching session but we loved it. Finally real talk about real food that we wanted to eat. We are mad and not going to take it any more. But that didn't last long, it turned out our coach was just testing us, and no we didn't pass the test. I guess it's time to get back to the real world where you do need to weigh-in if you are going to stay ahead of the scale, watch portion sizes so you don't eat too much in one sitting and not satisfy every food craving that comes calling.

Lifestyle change of the week!
Sometimes humor is a way to make light of a serious subject like weight. It helps to not take yourself too seriously and laugh all the way to the weigh-in. Keep a sense of humor while losing weight and find the funny in it all, it's usually not hard too find. Keeping the right attitude is half the battle in reaching your goals.
