Motivation Series - Yummy Health!

                                                       Motivation Series
"A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

What would happen if you made half of all your food choices healthy? Your whole body would be a whole lot healthier. It's not hard to do with a little practice. Here's how it works -  if you had a soda with your meal, the next meal drink water. If you had dessert after dinner, skip dessert after dinner tomorrow. If you had a big breakfast, have a light lunch. If you had chips with your sandwich today, have a apple with your sandwich tomorrow. I think you get the picture. By making every other choice healthy you save yourself thousands of calories, fat, sodium and sugar. And that feels yummy for your tummy!

Motivating Tip
Choices add up fast and furious and show up on the scale whether you step on it or not. You can make a huge difference in your health and weight by making every other choice healthier than the last one. Try it today!

Motivating Quote
"Yummy health is delicious."
