My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.

Super Size-It Sally:
Our coach said until we get our mind-set right, it will be difficult to lose weight and keep it off. Chip-Bag Betty found this news very hard to swallow, especially with a mouth full of chips. All this time she thought it was her poor eating habits that was the cause of her weight gain, but it turns out it's not that at all. So, to celebrate she decided to leave the session early and stock pile her favorite chips before the coach changed her tune. She better hurry!
Sometimes we really do hear what we want to hear. I'm sure the coach did not mean it's just fine to load up on chips when you are trying to lose weight. What she meant was, start with your mind-set to change your eating habits not your eating habits to change your mind. When you have a healthy mind-set you won't want to eat a constant diet of junk food, and that's what makes it so easy to do. It's always easier to do the things you want to do.
Lifestyle change of the week!
Since everything we do starts with the way we think, we should start there. If we want to eat healthy and exercise, feeding our minds on healthy reading that motivates and informs us will change our thinking. Exercising our minds on the benefits to our bodies from living an active lifestyle will get us moving in the right direction.
