There are a ton of ways to lose weight, but the best way is to focus on your health not your weight. If you decide to improve your health by eating better and exercising the weight will come off. It is impossible for extra weight to hang around when you no longer support that weight with a unhealthy lifestyle. Weight knows when it's not wanted, it can take the hint. By changing your habits, especially your eating habits you are in affect telling that extra weight to go take a hike because you will not keep feeding it's bad habits. Instead of setting a goal to lose weight, make it your mission to improve your health because that's how you lose weight and keep it off!
If you take care of your health you won't have to try and lose weight, it will just happen naturally. Make it your mission to eat better, exercise more and limit junk food, then good health will be a piece of cake!
