                                    "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"



             
My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
                                         

Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!

Super Size-It Sally:

Our coaching session was very encouraging today, we talked about any and every thing that was on our mind. We were honest about how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off. We talked about our favorite foods and Sweet-Tooth Twinkie admitted she had ate a pack of twinkies she had stashed in her glove compartment of her car just before showing up for our session. It's an on going battle for her with sweets. Chip-Bag Betty loves her chips, that is her food of choice - salty and crunchy. Fast-Food Fanny is addicted to the drive-thru window and anything they can pass through it super-sized and super fast. Soda-Pop Susie drinks her favorite drink in her weight every week and it shows, but she just doesn't care anymore. Mary-Mac & Cheese drowns everything she eats with cheese. They all have their problem foods, but they know the food is not the real problem.

Low-Calorie Lucy:

I turned my problem food into problem solved when I took one food that I wanted to stop eating so much of and replaced it with a healthier option. What I discovered when I did that was it wasn't very hard to do, and I could keep doing it to change my eating habits. Now three years later, I wonder why I was eating that way in the first place when there were so many tasty healthier options available. Where did I really think all those calories, fat and sodium were going? Just because I ate it, didn't mean it was gone, and I didn't have to look far to find it. As a result I have lost weight and kept if off all while still enjoying delicious food everyday. Now I think to myself,what was all the fuss about?

Lifestyle change of the week!
Changing the way you eat doesn't have to be hard, in fact it can be easy as one simple swap after another until you know longer eat the way you use to. And as a result your weight will change too.
