My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!
Super Size-It Sally:
Our coach wanted us to try a thirty day experiment to see if it would work for us. She was trying to help us prepare a plan that made it easier for us to not just lose weight but keep it from coming back and bringing friends. She said a well known secret that works is to know what you are going to eat before you want to eat it. That was a simple concept but when she said that, a light bulb went off in my head. If I prepare healthy food and snacks for the day, I won't end up eating junk food that packs on the pounds, it was that simple.
Sometimes we think losing weight is this big bad problem that can't be figured out, it's not. When you take out all the fluff, all the science, all the hoopla, all the excuses, all the reasons, all the pills, all the diets, all the lies we tell ourselves, what's left is the big bad truth - eat less, move more. You can't keep weight that you no longer support.
Lifestyle change of the week!
If you eat less and move more you will lose weight. The only question left to ask is how are you going to do that? Once you find the answer that works for you, there is only one thing left to do, do it!
