2. Have a plan, post it where you can see it, then follow through. Remember, it only works when you work it.
3. Don't let yourself off the hook too easy.
4. Think about how you will feel after you exercise, not before.
5. Big girls don't cry, they eat healthy and exercise to be the best they can be.
The more you eat healthy and exercise, the easier it will be to eat healthy and exercise. Practice makes perfecto!
