                                "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

    

             
My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
                                         

Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!

Super Size-It Sally:  
Our coaching session was gut wrenching to say the least. Our coach informed us that our gut is loaded with bacteria and if it is out of balance, it could spell trouble for our weight. What? I have never heard this before, when did this happen and how do I fix it? She said our next few sessions will be all about our gut health and learning about things we can do to improve it. I can't wait!
Low-Calorie Lucy:  
I love learning new things about my health because it really can change everything for the better. Once you know better, you can do better. I have heard a lot about gut health and the need to eat probiotics and prebiotics to maintain a healthy gut. But I didn't realize it can also effect your weight. I am looking forward to learning more about that for sure.
Lifestyle change of the week!Learning as much as you can about how the body works will go a long way in helping you to lose weight and stay healthy. It's a work in progress and Motivated2Move does the research for you so you don't have to. Stay informed by reading our blog weekly. Then use that information to be as healthy as you can be!
