Motivation Series - Gut Check!

Do you need a gut check? There might be things going on in your gut that are causing problems from head to toe. It turns out the health of all that bacteria in your stomach can effect everything from allergies to a bad mood. Even effecting weight gain or loss. One thing that can really help your gut is eating plenty of fermented foods. The reason these foods help your gut is because the digestion process is already under way before you even take a bite, making it easier for your gut to finish the job. Which means there will be less of a chance for undigested food to hang around with no place to go. So load up on all those delicious fermented foods and let them go to work ASAP!

Motivating Tip
Some fermented foods to try are Kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles, pickled radishes, pickled carrots, Pickled cucumbers, even beer and wine make the list. These foods are considered prebiotics, they feed the good bacteria that is already in your gut making them even healthier.
