Motivation Series - Gut Feeling!

                                                            Motivation Series
"A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

How is your gut feeling today? Is it cool, calm and collected or does it feel more like there is a lot of rough and tumble going on? What ever the case, you should pay close attention to how your tummy feels because it could be trying to tell you something. If you suffer from a lot of bloating and allergic reactions it could spell trouble that you won't want to ignore. You just might have a gut that has sprung a leak and is causing your system to over react. But, even though we sound like the bearer of bad news, it's all good because we have a tip that you can try that just might stop the leak and the madness. Load up on healthy super foods and at the same time remove processed food from your diet. You don't have to do this forever, just long enough to give your gut time to heal. We always suggest that you eat healthy whole foods most of the time anyway for good health and that still stands. A few foods you might want to add to your diet are - Jerusalem Artichokes, garlic, leeks, onions, asparagus, fermented foods and lots of fruits. And don't forget those super spices like - Turmeric, cumin, curry and the almighty cinnamon. Try this for a month or two and see if all these super foods are super yummy for your tummy!

Motivating Tip
The best tip for good gut health is to load up on whole foods and skip the processed foods that are loaded with preservatives that preserve foods until the cows come home. Eat fresh!

Motivating Quote
"Fix your gut feeling."
