Move it, to lose it! We have all heard that is what we should do to lose weight. But how, when and where? Those questions can only be answered by you because you have to decide what you like to do to stay active. The key word is active, because when you are active you are constantly burning calories instead of storing fat. So move it to lose it everyday, you will be healthier, keep the weight off and be lighter on your feet!.
