My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
Dear Diary: It's Not Fair!
Super Size-It Sally:
Fast-Food Fanny is not a happy camper after stepping one foot on the scale only to watch the number shoot up like a stalk of celery. She thought because she had skipped her fast food place last week it would show up on the scale this week. She was so disappointed and even got mad the more she thought about it and said it's just not fair.By the time she left her coaching session she went straight to get her favorite fast food meal and refused to feel guilty about it. She is going to teach that scale a lesson...
Crockpot-Kate ate delicious fast meals all week right from her Crockpot. She cooks in that pot almost every week on Sunday to prepare for a week of healthy eating that taste yummy! She loves cooking that way because she is in control of what she puts in her food. She doesn't put too much salt, sugar and fat in her food because there is no need for it. As a result, when she steps on the scale she is always pleasantly surprised to see her weight is right where it should be, no surprises...
