Motivation Series: Drink Up!

What's clear, has zero calories and is very refreshing to drink? Water! Water is so good for you and all your organs, including the largest organ - your skin. And, if you are trying to lose weight it becomes as good as any super food. It can actually help you shed pounds, clear out toxins and quench your thirst all at the same time. The age old advice on drinking eight glasses of water a day is still the accepted amount. So stay hydrated by making it a point to drink plenty of water during the day. When it comes to water, this water is worth it's weight in gold!

Motivating Tip
Keep a water bottle in sight as a reminder to drink up. If you have it right there in arms reach you are more likely to drink it.
