Delicious Diary Entry - My Book Club Chat!

                              "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

name is Ms. Delicious Diary, and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it, as you will see when you read their entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.

Dear Diary: My Book Club Chat!

Super-Size It Sally:

Page 1 reads - If I hear one more word about weight I will let out a scream that will melt the fat right off me. I feel like I have been dealing with this issue my whole life. I have tried and retried everything in the book to lose weight and nothing seems to work for very long. Is it just me, or is it them? I think it's them, they don't know what they are doing. Their programs are flawed, it's impossible for a real human being to follow them forever. Maybe I will come up with my own plan, a real plan for real people that eat real food and live in the real world.

Low-Calorie Lucy:

Page 2 reads - I was just about to give up, stop trying, and accept that I would always be overweight, out of shape and the biggest one in my family. But then I thought, why? Why do I have to always be this way? Why can't I change it, do something different and create a better life for myself? When I thought about it, there was no real reason, so I decided then and there to change it. And, I did!

Lifestyle change of the week!
Just because you have always done things a certain way, ate the same food, cooked the same way, doesn't mean you can't change it now. You can decide to change it today with your very next choice.
