Are you fit as a fiddle or on your way to being fit? If you are trying to lose weight and get healthy, that is one of the best things you can do for yourself. It takes time so don't get discouraged when it doesn't happen overnight. Have a plan in place and then work the plan. Stick with it until you get the results you want. And don't be afraid to try something new if what you are doing is simply not working. Keep it real and refuse to live in a state of denial. Once you find what works for you, keep doing it and never ever give up. We are all a work in progress, some may have a head start but if you keep working at it, you just might pass them and become fit as a fiddle!
Be determined to get fit. There is really no reason not to be. The key ingredient in sticking with a program is to make it fun. If you are having fun and getting fit, that's a winning combination.
