Delicious Diary Entry - Snack Attack!

                             "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

My name is Ms. Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.

Dear Diary: Snack Attack!

Super Size-It Sally:

Sweet-Tooth Twinkie loves snacks and she keeps a stash of her favorite snacks in a special hidden place. When she has a snack attack she has a supply that would satisfy even the most die hard fan of sweets. She knows it's her down fall, but she has given up even trying to stop eating her favorites, it's just too hard, every time she has tried she fails. Our coach offered to give her some tips on how to resist her cravings but she was tired of hearing the same old thing. She just wants to be able to eat what she wants when she wants it, end of story.

Low-Calorie Lucy:

Sometimes we all feel like giving up and giving in, but that is not the answer. I gave up once, and that's when things really got bad, so bad in fact I almost lost my life. I almost ate myself to death, literally! It didn't matter what it was - sweets, chips, or chicken, it's all the same when you eat it in bulk. It packs on the pounds faster than you can digest it. I was so sick of trying I couldn't stand it any more, and wasn't willing to stop eating what I loved. But, then something happened that would change everything, I saw a picture of myself and I couldn't believe it was me. I hit rock bottom hard, real hard. I thought, when did this happen and how do I fix it?

Lifestyle change of the week!
When you hit rock bottom, that is when things start to change. Rock bottom is an interesting place to be because you have no where to go but up. And the best thing you can do is get mad, really mad. Use that energy to change your life, you already have everything you need to do it, when you get mad you now have the energy to get it done.
