Motivation Series - It's Only a Test!

This is only a test, I don't plan to keep this body. When it comes to your body do you feel like it's not your real body, it's just a test body. Like it's just temporary, a test of sorts until you get your act together. You may feel like the real you is inside just screaming to get out, and as hard as you may try you can't seem to let it out. You have tried everything to lose weight, get fit and be healthy, but nothing has worked, at least not long term. Well, if you want to pass this particular test, you have to do what you do for all other test in your life - prepare! Preparation is key, and it's the only key that fits. When it comes to losing weight, preparation equals weight loss every time, and weight loss means the test is over! So get prepared starting with the next 24 hours, then do that again and again until you would not have it any other way. If you prepare to lose weight, the weight does not stand a chance against your preparation!

Motivating Tip
Prepare what you will eat, how much you will eat and when you will eat it. Then prepare how you will use what you just ate, how to burn those calories. It's food in and food out, the only other choice is to prepare to gain weight, and that is just not an option you should be prepared to accept.
