Do you have happy habits? You might be wondering what are happy habits and how do I get more of them? Happy habits are habits that promote your personal happiness and contribute to your overall well being. They are habits that serve you well in all aspects of your life. We all have habits, but some habits do the exact opposite of happy habits. Some habits that we have developed over the years actually do us more harm than good, but we continue to do them because we did it yesterday, the day before and the day before that. So, we do it again today without even giving it a second thought, after all that's what habits are, actions without thought. What we need is more happy habits, but to get those we might have to not just think about what we are doing, but ask ourselves why we are doing it, and does it make us happy? If the answer is no, then we should drop it like a bad habit and replace it with a happy habit ASAP!
We are the sum total of all our habits, make sure your habits are worth repeating. If you don't like your habits, change them starting with one bad habit at a time. Replace it with something better, then keep doing it until it is a habit. Your new habit will become just as easy to repeat as the old habit. Give it a try!
