What's your excuse today? What reason did you give your friends for skipping your exercise session? Or maybe it was the food you ate that you had to excuse. The funny thing about excuses, we tend to believe them, they sound real to us. What would happen if you challenged your excuses, put up a fight or just refused to go along for the ride. You would get a lot more done, exercise more and eat better. Our excuses would become useless, and instead of looking for reasons not to do something, we would come up with an excuse to get it done!
Stuff happens and sometimes that stuff really gets in the way. When that happens you don't need an excuse. If it's just an excuse you are looking for to skip your exercise, take your pick, one excuse is just as good as another.
