Motivation Series - Craving Good Health!

                                                     Motivation Series
"A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

Imagine craving good health like you crave a big bag of chips? Now that would make life a lot easier. But the truth is, we crave sweet, salty, crunchy, gooey, more than we crave good health. We love food, it makes us feel good and it taste so good. But when we feed every craving we have, it can lead to weight gain which can lead to poor health. To keep those cravings in check, try skipping every other craving you have. That's right, if you satisfy one craving, then skip the next one. Just because you have a craving, doesn't mean you have to feed it, you could choose to ignore it and let it pass.

Motivating Tip
When a craving strikes, strike back with a plan of action. Try to get your mind on something else - music, phone calls, read, dance, etc. Remember, whatever you focus on expands. So take your mind off food and on something else, and watch the craving go away.

Motivating Quote
"A craving is a nudge to eat when you are not hungry."
