                                   "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

My name is Ms. Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.

Dear Diary: Coaching Session!

Super Size-It Sally:

Our coaching started on time with a refreshing change from the normal boring start. We actually had coffee and donuts, what a surprise that was. We all just had one question, why? Why are we eating donuts at a coaching session to lose weight? Well, as it turns out we were celebrating a mile stone, our coaches upcoming retirement. This was a shock to all of us, we thought she would be here forever and even live forever, she just looked the part. She was hard core and a no excuse coach, and yes she did rub us the wrong way at times but we knew she meant well. Now we are all wondering who is going to replace her?

Low-Calorie Lucy:

Sometimes change is good, and in this case it is especially true. We all love our coach but she seemed to be tired of coaching. She didn't seem to be dedicated to her work, and I don't really think she was enjoying it anymore. And, to make matters worse, she was gaining more weight than we were. That is always a bad sign, when the weight loss coach is gaining weight it is time to stop coaching.

Lifestyle change of the week!
If your coach is gaining weight, don't be discouraged. It just confirms the fact that anyone can gain weight if they eat more than they burn. The same rules apply to everyone, no one gets a free pass when it comes to weight. There is a universal rule to losing weight, eat less move more.
