My name is Ms. Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!
Super Size-It Sally:
It was pouring rain when Chip-Bag Betty showed up for our coaching session today, it was just about over, but as she said better late than never. She is always late, rain or shine. Our coach was right in the middle of handing out our challenge for the week, it's going to be a hard one. We are suppose to stop eating by 7pm every night. That's when I am just getting started, I don't even eat dinner until 8pm, is she trying to starve me to death? I am going to fail this challenge on the very first day.
Polly-Popcorn is looking fit as ever as she stuffed her mouth full of her air popped popcorn, She swears by that stuff and eats it everyday. She even likes our new challenge because she is already doing it, she never eats after 7pm and just before she stops eating for the night she loads up on her popcorn to help hold her over to the next day. Sounds like a good strategy but I wouldn't want to do it.
Lifestyle change of the week!
Having a good strategy for eating is the way to lose weight. One way to find what works for you is to try new things. We are all different, with different lifestyles and the key to losing weight and keeping it off is to develop a strategy that is easy for you to practice daily. Because remember, it's what you do most of the time that shows.
