                                     "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

My name is Ms. Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.

Dear Diary:  My Book Club Chat!

Super Size-It Sally:

Page 23 reads - My door bell rang this morning but I wasn't expecting anyone. When I answered the door there was a lady standing there with a big smile on her face. I stared at her for a moment and then realized it was a friend I hadn't seen in years. I invited her in but was still a bit shocked, the last time I saw Julie she was at least 50 pounds lighter, and I wondered what happened to her. She use to be so thin, now she looked more like me. I wanted to say - what have you been eating, but I managed to stop myself before putting my foot in my mouth.......

Low-Calorie Lucy:

Page 24 reads - I guess we all gain weight the same way, eating too much and not exercising enough. Even if we are thin now, when we start to get a little older our bodies change, and if we keep eating the way we always ate we will gain weight. Julie gained weight because she not only kept eating the same, but she also stopped exercising. That is a recipe for disaster, eating more and exercising less. The only way to turn that around is to start eating less, and exercising more......

Lifestyle change of the week!
Even if you don't see the new weight, the scale will. It's easy to gain weight and not even notice it until your clothes start to get too tight. The best way to keep track of your weight is to weigh yourself once a week, then adjust accordingly.
