1. Excuses are a dime a dozen, one is just as good as the other when you don't want to exercise.

2. Your reason for losing weight should always start with you. You are the best reason to take care of your health.

3. Once you find your perfect strategy for losing weight, the rest is history. Keep trying!

4. Being uncomfortable is not the end of the world, but it is the beginning of change.

5. One easy way to drop weight is to replace just one meal a day with hot delicious soup. You can save thousands of calories in a week.

Lifestyle change of the week!
Putting together your lifestyle is a combination of what you do, and don't do everyday. Even the little choices add up when repeated often enough. We are the sum total of all of our choice's, so choose healthy.
