                                    "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"


My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.

Dear Diary:  My Coaching Session!

Super Size-It Sally:

Our coaching session was almost empty today. It was just me and Crockpot Kate, and she was late as usual. It was like everyone planned to skip the session today but forgot to tell us. The last thing in the world I wanted was to be the only ones there because that meant the coach would seize the opportunity to focus on our food diaries and it was not going to be pretty. I had a good weekend, or depending on who you ask, a bad weekend. I went to a BBQ and ate anything with sauce on it, as long as it wasn't moving. I tasted all the desserts and even took a plate home for the next day. I was bad but it sure was good!

Low-Calorie Lucy:

There are a lot of temptations in the summer to over eat on the wrong food.  That's why I have a strategy in place. What I try to do if I'm going to a cookout is eat something before I go. I will usually have some soup or salad which gives me a head start on feeling full, then when I get there I am cool as a cucumber, I'm not starving but in total control. Then I can pick and choose what is worth the calories, and what's not worth coming near my taste buds. It's all about strategies ladies, it's all about the strategy.

Lifestyle change of the week!
Think ahead, plan ahead and eat ahead of your hunger. Stay in control of what you eat so you don't eat like you are out of control. Don't let your hunger control you, show it who is boss!
