                                        "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

My name is Ms. Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain and check their delicious food entries.

Dear Diary:  My Book Club Chat!

Super Size-It Sally:

Page 37 reads: It had only been one week since I got the news from my doctor that I am obese. I thought I would die when he uttered those awful words. How could that be, I thought to myself and when did that happen? How did I get here and more importantly how do I fix it? Those were all the questions running through my head at lightening speed. I really couldn't believe what I was hearing, and I didn't want to hear anymore. I instantly started to hate my doctor, like it was all his fault. I even found myself thinking his scale must be broke and I never wanted to see him again....

Low-Calorie Lucy:

Page 38 reads: Barbara needed time to process what she heard. So many emotions from shock to anger and everything in between. She even found herself wanting to blame someone else for her weight issue. But then she realized it was all on her. Something strange started to happen with that realization, if it was all on her then that meant she could change it. Her first step in that direction was to get moving and eat foods worth eating...

Lifestyle change of the week!
Sometimes getting a wake-up call from your doctor is just what the doctor ordered. It can be a game changer for a lifestyle change. Bad news can be good news in disguise. When you realize you have to lose weight for good health, you should run with it.
