My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!
Super Size-It Sally:
Our coach started the session today by saying take a day to eat like a pig. What, are we hearing right, did she just tell us to eat like a pig and don't worry about our weight. That is my kind of coach, suddenly I love her. Soda-Pop Susie nearly fell out of her chair. Does this mean we can eat what ever we want and won't gain weight? Our coach said no, but it does mean you can take a day off from eating right to eat what ever you want. This is one of those tricks of the trade that help you eat healthy most of the time when you know you will have a day to pig out.
It turns out our coach was right about taking a day off to pig out. I was looking forward to it all week and it really did help me stay on track because I knew I would be able to have that day off. It was real motivation for me to eat healthy the rest of the week. It made me feel like I wasn't denying myself my favorite foods and that felt really good.
Lifestyle change of the week!
A big part of eating healthy is taking a day off. It's that day off that helps you stay on track. So don't be afraid to take a day to pig out.
