So, you hate exercise! Even the very name makes you run in the other direction and not for the exercise. How can you change that? Try this, make a playlist of your favorite songs that make you want to move and dance. Then only play that list when it's time to dance. Then every time you hear it, it will be your new cue to dance, not exercise. Dance until the playlist is finished, don't stop moving until the music stops playing!
Starting new healthy cues is easier than you think. All you have to do is pick something you want to associate with an activity. It's another form of word association or cue association. When you hear or see the cue you will know what time it is.
