My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.
Dear Diary: My Coaching Session!
Super Size-It Sally:
My coaching session was all about what not to eat. I prefer sessions that are about all the foods we can eat. I don't like feeling denied of my favorite foods, it makes me angry and puts me in a bad mood, especially when I see Ms.Skinny Minnie eating everything under the sun and never gaining a pound. She can still fit in her skinny jeans and doesn't even have to suck in her stomach. That's not fair!
I say don't hate the messenger or in this case the coach, she is just doing her job. I can understand how frustrating it can be to always have to watch what you eat so you don't gain weight, when some people don't have to watch anything and still look like a million bucks. But that's just the way it is, life is short and it's not always fair. Everyone is different, their bodies are different so you just have to see where your sweet spot is when it comes to a comfortable healthy weight for you and do your best to keep it there.
Lifestyle change of the week!
Use your energy to figure out what works best for you and your body. Don't waste your precious energy trying to figure out how to eat a box of donuts and still stay slim. You are much better off trying to figure out how to not want that box of donuts in the first place.
