Weight loss might seem like mission impossible but it's not. Losing weight does not start with a diet plan, exercise plan or a meal plan, it starts with a plan to change your mind-set. It all starts with the way you think, because your mind-set is running the show. Once you get that right, everything else falls into place. Our Video Coaching Guide is designed to help you develop the right mind-set to not only lose weight but have fun doing it. It includes health and fitness word games to inform, discussions that motivate and encourage, experiments that help you find your personal strategy and a score sheet to score your own progress and watch your success! When you and your friends sign up for our service you receive a new guide each month. Then you pick a day and time to meet each week to use the guide to get fit together. Add your favorite exercise and you have everything you need to make losing weight possible!
