Prepare ahead of your hunger if you don't want your hunger to take charge. When you prepare in advance you can think clear, make healthier choices without your hunger getting in the way. It can be compared to going shopping on an empty stomach, you want to buy everything in sight because your hunger is taking over your shopping cart. To make better food choices all week, take one day to cook all your meals. You can take a couple hours to cook one meal, or use those same hours to cook several meals at the same time and be done with it. Smart!
