                                    "A healthy dose of motivation with a twist"

My name is Ms.Delicious Diary and my job is to see how my clients are really doing when it comes to their weight loss journey. My favorite clients are Super Size-It Sally and Low-Calorie Lucy, along with their close knit group of friends. They all have their own way of dealing with their issues, and the funniest nicknames to prove it as you will see as you read their diary entries each week. I hold the key to the diary in this special little green bag. My fingers are itching to unlock the diary and see their weight loss or gain, and check their delicious food entries.

Dear Diary: My Book Club Chat!

Super Size-It Sally:

Page 45 reads: Karen said she was going on a hunger strike. She was so tired of the weight she couldn't lose, the food she couldn't eat and clothes she couldn't wear. She thought maybe if she just stopped eating altogether that would solve the problem once and for all. But she knew that was a desperate move on her part, maybe even a cry for help. She told her best friend Lisa she just didn't know how she gained all this weight or even when it happened. She didn't even see it coming...

Low-Calorie Lucy:

Page 46 reads:  Weight can just creep up on you before you know it. It happens every time you eat something for energy but then don't use the energy. So it goes into storage until you are ready to use it, but if you never use it, it just keeps adding up until your storage unit is full...

Lifestyle change of the week!
Think of your body as a storage unit. You only have so much room in the unit to store things. To keep your storage unit from getting too full, you need to take some things out every time you put some things in. The Things you put in is food, the things you take out is calories used for energy. To get just the right amount in your storage unit, don't put more things in than you take out.
