Don't eat on the run when you can sit and stay a while. We live in a fast paced world where taking time to cook and eat a nice home cooked meal is being replaced with fast food that can't get here fast enough. It no longer seems strange to eat on the run, order and go, drive-up to the drive thru, chew on the run, or even eat a meal so fast you didn't taste a thing. There is something very satisfying about eating a meal that you prepared with your own two hands. You know how much fat, calories, sodium and sugar is in it because you prepared it yourself. You put some time, thought and care into your meal because you are more than worth the effort and you know it. Knowing that, makes you want to stop eating on the run and pull up a chair and stay a while!
