Exercise your choice to exercise! If you find it hard to get your exercise in each week, we suggest putting a strategy in place that eliminates the need to think about it. When you have a strategy for exercise you know when, where and how you will exercise. You don't have to think about those questions because your strategy answers them for you. When you don't have to think about it, there is less of a chance it won't get done. Thinking too much can mean thinking yourself right out of exercise. Having a strategy helps you exercise your choice to exercise!
Having a strategy for exercise will help you get it done. Why not try to exercise in the morning, that way you will have it done early in the day before you lose energy and willpower. Or maybe the evening works better for you, after work. Whatever strategy works best for you and your lifestyle, work that strategy!
